Code of Conduct.
Agnus Dei code of conduct.
1) While in the clan Agnus Dei, Members are expected to obey and practice the following rules and guidelines. Failure or disobedience of any could result in immideate termination from the clan itself.
A) Members of Agnus Dei, may not participate in the act of "Teabagging".
a1) Those caught preforming the act will be trialed and punished accordingly.
B) Members may not change their emblemb/colors without instructions from a commanding officer, any change notices will be taken as an immediate withdrawl.
C) Members are required to have clan name/rank somewhere in motto/bio.
c1) Special occurances might exempt a member from mentioning clan.
D)Trials will be carried out by committe members and will be declared within 24 hours of trial.
d1) If member requests a retrial it shall be done within 48 hours of origional trial and be carried out by the top 3 chairs in committe.
E) We may ask for personal information such as email adress, name, and phone number. All information will stay secure in clan data base and not be given out for any means unless for legal obligations.
e1) Most information is required for website or contact purpose.
F) Age limitations are 15 years or older, age limit is followed and looked into.
G) Members must go through week of observation before recieving a bid to join.
g1) Bids will be voted on by current standing committe members and shadowed member.
H) Clan meets will be held once a week, meetings are not optional and members are expected to be there.
h1) If member can not make it to a meeting they are expected to give notice to standing commander.
I) Special teams/divisions may be assembled under certain conditions, all teams/divisions will be voted on by committe and should be sent in a written request to commander with details in a message.
J) All members must follow either the twitter or facebook account and keep updated on both and the website on at least a weekly bases.
*All rules are expected to be followed, rules can change, be added, or removed at anytime by clan leader. A notification will be sent out in such an occurance.
Recruiting
1) When recruiting a current officer or higer must be in the lobby with the member who is recruiting.
2) A typed message must be sent with the name of the new recruit the name of the member who recruited them and the rank of the new recruit to the leader Mastert183.
3) The officer in the lobby must recite the code of contact to the incoming recruit and make sure he agrees and understands the rules.
4) If any problem occurs contact a current commander and let them know.
Ranking Up
1) Members will rank up in the clan by doing the following.
a) Recruiting
b)Showing loyalty to the clan
c) Preforming exceptianally in games and showing skill
d) Showing leadership ability.
2) All promotions request must first go through the leader in a typed message containing the following
a) name of member ranking up
b) promotion requested
c) reason for promotion
d) who reccomended the promotion.
e) how many recruits have they brought in
Expextations
1) Members must always be on the lookout for new members and new talent.
1a) When someone is found they must be subjected to a trial game and a meeting with an officer and then a confrence with the overseer.
2) Be on best behavior at all times/
2a) We are always being watched and judged make good choices and make people want to be apart of us.
3) Follow up on all social media sites.
3a) Important messages will be on social media more since its easier to access, it is your responisbility to check in on a constant basis.
Tournaments
1) Teams will be chosen by overseer.
2) Must be active in clan and be ready for any changes.
3) Teams will be made up of those best suited to the game style.
3a) Challenges will be avalible if you think you deserve a shot on the team.
3b) Challenges will be a game of 1v1 to 25points.
3c) Challenges must be submitted via written message to challenger and if accepted both parties must message current higher rank then the overseer who will stand in the game as spectators.
4) If spot is lost must wait a period of 24 hours before challenging back.
